Description: The course provides student basic understanding about thought, morality and life styles of president Ho Chi Minh in order to build core values for Vietnamese people in the new era, actively solve economic and politic problems in terms of the ruling party and the government.

03. Revolution Lines of Vietnam Communist Party

Description: The course provides student basic understandings about leadership guidelines and rules of Communist Party especially in the renovation period associated with some important matters of currently social life.

Description: The course provides student basic knowledge of applied information technology in garment manufacturing preparation. CorelDraw and Photoshop softwares will be instructed in this course to design the technical and aesthetic drawings which sufficiently support for producing implementation.

08. Applied Statistics and Problilities                                                                                3

Prerequisites: Maths A1

Description: This course introduces theories of probability and applied statistics including random incidence, statistical formula, random variance, statistical distribution law, statistical sample, parameter estimation, hypothetical testing, regression and linear correlation.

09. General Physics 1                                                                                                          3

Credit No.:  03 (45 theoretical hours, 90 self-learning hours)

Prerequisites: None

Description: This course is divided into the following fields:

- Mechanics: Newton law, attractive law, conservation law in particle dynamics, system of particles and solids

- Thermodynamics: molecular thermal motion, basic principles of thermodynamics

- Electronics and Magnetics: electrostatical interaction, electromagnetical interaction, relationship between electric field and electromagnetic field.

10. General Physics 2

Credit No.: 03 (45 theoretical hours, 90 self-learning hours)

Prerequisites: None

Description: This module provides students with the basic content of physics including the optical , Einstein's theory of relativity, and quantum mechanics. These theories provide fundamental knowledge and skills to understand the phenomena and laws of processes that occur within atoms, thus being the basis for the development of science and application in engineering such as electrical-electronic technology, computer technology, nanotechnology, automatic control, radiation technology, energy, and medicine.

11. Experiment  of Physics

Prerequisites: None

Description: General physics experiments include 9 experiments on mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism and optics. This subject provides students with knowledge of the nature of physical phenomena occurring in real life, measurement and calculation skills.

12. Engineering Chemistry                                                                                                3

Prerequisites: None

Description: The module provides basic knowledge of concepts, methods of reading and drawing technical drawings. Besides, the course also provides analytical methods and descriptions of details on clothing, basic seams of assembling products.

Prerequisites: None

Description: The module equips students with general knowledge about garment industry, the requirements of a future engineer on professional knowledge to help students understand their roles and the functions of the garment enterprises. This course also provides basic skills to promote self-learning and researching. After that, students will be able to visit the reality of garment enterprises to understand deeply about there majors.

14. Raw Textile Materials                                                                                                  2

Description: This course equips students with basic knowledge about the origin, composition, physical and chemical of fibers and manufacturing technology of textile. The module also introduces many kinds of textile materials related to apparel. Through the module, students can distinguish, select and develop textile materials suitably to design and sew clothings.

15. Aesthetics                                                                                                                       2

Description: The course helps students gain basic knowledge of beauty, aesthetic and artistic, in order to improve their aesthetics, assessment capacity, creative ability and beauty in life. This course also equips students with the history of aesthetic, aesthetic ideas for the arts, the role of aesthetic and thinking methods of Aesthetic.

16. Advanced IT (MS Office)                                   4

Description: This module provides learners with basic and advanced knowledge and skills in the field of office computing such as text editing, creating and processing documents, creating presentation files.
